Natural linen fabric texture

Our story

The New Linen Tradition

Oct.34 was born from a single conviction — that the clothes closest to your skin should be made with the same care and intention as the life you live in them.

The origin

Where It Begins

October. The thirty-fourth parallel. A latitude that traces some of the world's most storied linen-growing regions — where long summer days and cool autumn nights produce flax of unmatched fineness. That intersection of season and place is where Oct.34 takes its name, and its purpose.

We started with a question: why does luxury linen so rarely feel luxurious to wear? The answer, we found, lay in compromise — in shortcuts taken at the loom, in dyes chosen for cost over skin-safety, in cuts designed for the rack rather than the body. Oct.34 exists to undo those compromises, one piece at a time.

What we stand for

Our Principles

01

Provenance

Every bolt of fabric is traced to its source. We work exclusively with certified European flax — grown without irrigation or pesticides, retted in natural water, and woven in mills that have practised their craft for generations.

02

Craft

Our pieces are cut and sewn in small ateliers where a single artisan follows a garment from first cut to final press. No assembly lines. No anonymous hands. Each stitch carries the accountability of a name.

03

Longevity

We design for decades, not seasons. Linen improves with age — it softens, it breathes better, it holds its shape with grace. We honour that quality by building garments that reward the years you put into them.

04

Restraint

We produce in limited quantities, deliberately. Scarcity is not a marketing device — it is a commitment to never making more than we can make well. When a piece sells out, it stays sold out.

Sustainability

Worn Lightly on the Earth

Linen is, by nature, one of the most sustainable fibres on earth. Flax requires no irrigation, fixes nitrogen in the soil, and produces zero waste — every part of the plant finds a use. We begin with that advantage and refuse to squander it.

Our dyeing process uses OEKO-TEX certified pigments and closed-loop water systems. Our packaging is unbleached, uncoated, and fully compostable. Our shipping partners are chosen for their carbon offset programmes. Sustainability, for us, is not a chapter in a brand deck — it is the operating condition of everything we do.

Linen remembers. It holds the shape of a life well-lived.
